I spent fifteen years on the same problem under different names: getting systems that don't trust one another to agree on the same record, in real time, with no boss in the middle.
It started mundane. I sold a system for bars and restaurants, and three or four tills needed to know, at the same instant, that a bill had already been paid — otherwise the same table got charged twice or vanished. The catalogue name for that is data reconciliation across multiple actors. That's where, without knowing it, I ran into the problem that would occupy me for the next decade.
My background is in electronics, and that changed the angle. Where most programmers see an algorithm problem, I saw a bandwidth problem — where the data flows, how much each machine has to receive, who chokes first. It was that reading that produced the Bywise sharding architecture, in which network capacity grows when more nodes join instead of shrinking.
What interests me today is the regulated version of the problem: privacy between competing participants, full auditability for whoever holds a legal mandate, and cryptography heavy enough to sustain both without stalling the queue. I wrote about it here and in a paper with UnB.

Blockchain Engineer · netspaces Tokenization of real-estate assets (RWA). I design and maintain the platform's blockchain integration systems, develop the smart contracts that represent and transfer the tokenized assets, and own the security verification of those contracts and the flows that depend on them.

Chief Blockchain Officer · Bloxs Joint venture between Bloxs and Bywise, announced publicly in June 2024, to bring the technology to the financial and capital markets. Responsible for the technology behind ChainXS: a fork of Bywise with stealth addresses, a chimeric ledger and an enable address oracle, designed for a Regulated Liability Network. In September 2024, Banco BS2 publicly expressed interest in testing the network within the DREX pilot environment.

CTO · Bywise A blockchain built from scratch, in TypeScript, open source under the MIT licence: its own consensus, a slice architecture with uniform data distribution, a virtual machine that runs contracts in JavaScript, an immutability anchor on a public network. Real clients in freight logistics, apparel, precious metals and exchange proof-of-funds.
